Since ancient times, “Kissho patterns” have been favored in traditional crafts as a motif of good fortune. This design was created by designer Yuka Uogishi. While inheriting the color matching tradition of Ko-Imari, vivid colors that harmonize with modern living spaces are used.
The patterns expressed with the exquisite beauty of overglaze enamel transfers are imbued with meanings such as longevity, happiness, and peace.
Arita Porcelain Lab, founded in 1804, is in charge of production, carrying on the tradition and innovation of Arita-yaki porcelain.
