At our store, we offer a return guarantee so that customers can shop with peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving the item, provided certain conditions are met.
A) Conditions for Return & Refund
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to request a return or refund.
- The product must be free from damage, stains, or any signs of use.
Please note: The signed box used for packaging by the artist is part of the product and serves as a certificate of authenticity. Returns will only be accepted if this box is also in pristine condition. - Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items).
B) Return & Refund Process
- Please contact us via our inquiry form or by email to request a return or refund.
- We will notify you whether the return is approved.
- We will provide instructions for the return and refund process.
- A courier designated by our company will collect the item. Please ensure the product is properly packaged by you.
- Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it, and if there are no issues, we will proceed with the refund.
C) Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted
- More than 30 days have passed since you received the item.
- The item has been damaged, stained, or broken due to customer handling.
- The product’s accompanying packaging (the artist’s signed box) is missing or damaged.
- Sale items, outlet items, or special/custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
D) Shipping Costs for Returns & Refunds
- If the return is due to the customer's preferences or circumstances: shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- If the return is due to a defective product or incorrect delivery: shipping costs are borne by us.
E) Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.
- Refunds will not include the original shipping fees.
- For credit card payments, please note that it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
